Project Discussion
Tell us what you want to achieve, who the product is for and what you already have. An initial discussion helps us decide on a useful next step; it does not commit you to paid work.
Scope & Estimation
We define the essential features, assumptions, deliverables and an estimate of cost and timing. For complex or uncertain work, we may propose a separate paid Discovery, agreed in advance.
Agreement & Kickoff
We agree on responsibilities, scope, milestones, payment arrangements and delivery terms before starting.
Development
We build in increments and demonstrate progress regularly. You can review working features, give feedback and agree on changes as the product develops.
Testing & Launch
We test the agreed user journeys, resolve issues and prepare deployment. Launch follows the acceptance criteria and environment agreed for the project.
Handover & Support
We hand over the agreed code, documentation and access. Ongoing maintenance, improvements and support can be arranged separately.
Team & Expertise

Our core work spans UX/UI, frontend, backend, API integrations, SaaS development, testing and deployment. AI features are one part of that toolkit. Creative production supports the launch when it is useful.
Collaboration & Delivery
We work remotely with international clients. The engagement is led by an independent specialist, with other collaborators involved as the project requires.
A project or an ongoing partnership
Work can cover a defined release, a specific feature or continued product development. We discuss projects at different scales and stages.
Scope before commitments
Budgets and timelines are estimated individually. Milestone payments or another suitable model are agreed before work starts, together with the contractual and payment arrangements.
A clear handover
The agreement specifies source code, documentation, account access and rights to the work. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences.
Confidentiality and continuity
We can discuss an NDA before sharing sensitive material. Post-launch support, responsibilities and availability are agreed for each project.

Can you help turn an idea into an MVP?
Yes. You do not need a complete specification. We can help identify the main user problem, define the first useful version and plan its implementation. If substantial research or technical investigation is needed, we agree on a paid Discovery separately.
Do you work with individuals?
Yes. Individuals and independent founders are welcome, as are startups, businesses, agencies and product teams. You do not need a registered company, investment or an approved budget to start a conversation.
How much does development cost?
It depends on the scope, complexity, integrations and what already exists. We review your brief and discuss options before preparing an estimate. If you are unsure about the budget, say so — we can explore a smaller first version.
How long does an MVP take?
There is no single timeline for every MVP. We estimate after understanding the essential features, dependencies and review process. We can discuss a staged release if you have a target date.
Can you work with an existing product?
Yes. We can review the codebase and current priorities, then agree on new features, integrations or improvements. Access and the extent of the initial technical review are arranged before work begins.
Who owns the source code?
Code delivery and rights to the commissioned work are defined in the project agreement, including any payment conditions. Existing tools, third-party services and open-source components are identified separately.
Do you provide support after launch?
Support and further development can be arranged after launch. We agree on coverage, availability and cost rather than assuming an unlimited support commitment.
